Brand New & Unplayed 2025 Limited Edition Midnight Green Rickenbacker 4003S!

Here’s a special one brand new, straight from Santa Ana, and drop-dead gorgeous. This is the brand new Limited Edition 2025 Rickenbacker 4030S in Midnight Green, one of the most striking finishes we’ve ever seen from Rickenbacker. These were produced in extremely limited numbers for 2025, and we managed to get one fresh out of the case.

The 4030S is Rickenbacker’s modern evolution of the iconic 4003 platform all the classic growl, punch, and shimmer you expect, but with a slightly sleeker body contour, a lighter overall feel, and a simplified control layout. It’s familiar in all the right ways, but with a few subtle refinements that make it an absolute joy to play.

That Midnight Green finish is something else entirely. Under soft light it reads deep forest; under stage lights it flashes with a metallic emerald glow. Paired with the unbound maple neck and classic cresting wave body, it’s pure Rickenbacker elegance with a touch of the unexpected.

The neck feels fantastic satin on the back for fast movement, gloss up front for that unmistakable Ric polish. The dual Hi-Gain pickups deliver everything from crisp, piano-like articulation to that signature midrange snarl. There’s plenty of top-end chime if you want it, and it responds beautifully to both pick and fingerstyle playing.

This bass features a maple body and neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 20 frets with dot inlays, and the classic Rickenbacker bridge/tailpiece combo. The electronics are traditional Volume/Volume/Tone/Tone with the familiar blend knob that lets you dial in the exact character you’re after.

This 4030S comes complete with its original Rickenbacker hard shell case, all factory accessories, case candy, and full manufacturer’s warranty.
