Gorgeous 2016 Suhr Custom Shop Modern in Trans Charcoal w/ Quilted Maple Top in Excellent Condition!
Yet another drop-dead gorgeous creation by John Suhr has graced us with its presence in store! This little stunner is an HSH Modern. Originally custom spec'd by Peach Guitars in the UK before being bought by its previous owner who has barely touched it!
This Custom Shop Modern features a 2 piece Black Limba body with a gorgeous grain matched with an equally stunning 2 piece Quilted 3/16" Maple Cap finished in a deep Trans Charcoal finish with a Scraped Binding! The Neck is a satin finished Black Limba with the Modern Elliptical .800-.850 Shape, holding a beautiful Ebony fingerboard with a 10"-14" radius, standard rolled edges & clay dot inlays on the face & side! As you'd expect the hardware & electronics match the same high quality as the wood, being equipped with Suhr's SSV (Neck), ML (Middle), SSH (Bridge) pickups, Push/Pull Coil Splitting, Recessed and floating Gotoh 510 trem, Suhr locking tuners, 24 Stainless Steel frets & SO much more!
As previously mentioned, this Suhr is spotless and has barely been touched by its previous owner! Aside from one unfortunate & very minute lacquer crack by the comfort cut this Modern is as new!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store this Suhr has been thoroughly checked & tested by our trusted team in our on-site workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home & owner!
