A fantastic workhorse valve combo, this Peavey ValveKing VK112 50-Watt 1x12" Combo delivers impressive versatility, huge volume, and classic all-tube tone in a reliable and gig-ready package. Built with players in mind, the ValveKing series quickly became a favourite among guitarists looking for genuine valve amp performance without the boutique price tag, and it is easy to see why these amps continue to have such a strong following.
This example is presented in excellent condition and has clearly been very well looked after throughout its life. The tolex, control panel, and grille cloth all remain in superb shape with only minimal signs of use, making it an especially clean example for its age.
Powered by a pair of 6L6 output valves, the VK112 offers everything from warm cleans through to thick saturated overdrive, with plenty of headroom and punch available on tap. The amp’s flexible control layout allows it to comfortably cover blues, classic rock, hard rock, and modern gain tones equally well, while the built-in boost and effects loop make it a genuinely practical amplifier for both home and live use.
The 1x12" speaker configuration keeps the amp portable without sacrificing fullness or projection, and it responds exceptionally well to pedals if you are looking to build a larger rig around it.
