2022 Matchless Chieftain 40-Watt Head & ESS112 1x12" Cabinet – Excellent Condition
Beautiful 2022 Matchless Chieftain head paired with its matching ESS112 1x12” cab — finished in classic black with silver trim. Handwired in California. Built like a tank and sounds like heaven.
40 watts of EL34 warmth and dimension — the Chieftain walks that perfect line between American clarity and British muscle. Rich harmonic content, full low end, and a glassy top that stays musical at any volume. The reverb is lush, the dynamics are alive, and the amp responds beautifully to pick attack and guitar volume.
The ESS112 cab is loaded with a Matchless-branded Celestion G12H30 — tight, articulate, and perfectly voiced for the Chieftain. Together, they deliver that unmistakable Matchless three-dimensional soundstage.
