1997 USA Fender Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster, re-finished some years ago in "7 UP" Green.
In this period these were fitted with Gold Lace Sensor pickups, the 57' Maple neck has a soft V profile, the fingerboard lacquer has worn away on the edges and the frets are good as well as being nicely polished.
We have set it up in our workshop and it is a real player!
The cosmetic condition displays nicks, chips, dings, and some scratches and finish wear/relicing exposing the wood in the body forearm area, and back contours. We think this guitar looks super cool!
Great resonant acoustic tone. Plenty of pop. Electronics, mid-boost, and TBX pot all work perfectly, Giving the player extra flexibility, and a decent solo boost, but always retaining that true "Strat" sound. Easy to play. Nice,
The comfortable Soft-V neck, with its smooth satin finish and gently rolled fingerboard edges, feels really nice, like an old guitar should. It weighs 8.23 lb.
It is being sold with a Fender Tweed hardshell case.
