Jaw-Dropping 2009 Sonic Blue Heavy RelicĀ Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt '63 Telecaster Custom in excellent condition!
We've had a fair few beautiful creations from the Fender Custom Shop over the years, but this '63 Tele' Custom is in a league of its own!
Built by the world-renowned Greg Fessler of the Fender Custom Shop, this stunningĀ '63 Tele' Custom was built specifically for the 'Custom Shop 2009 Road Show' which visited MusicZoo in June of that year which this beautiful instrument was originally bought from by the previous owner!
As you would expect from any creation made by Greg Fesser or any of the master builders, this Tele is perfect down to the last detail! The '63 Tele features a lightly tinted quartersawn maple neck with a mid-'60s 'C' Shape profile, a beautiful dark Indian Rosewood fretboard with a 9.5" radius & Dunlop 6105 frets as well as a heavenly light Ash body all weighing in at a very modest 6.38lb!
Also featured on this beautiful Tele' is the Twisted Tele neck pickup (5.83k) & Custom Shop '63 Telecaster bridge pickup (6.1k)Ā
The original Vintage style saddles & wiring harness are both included in this sale as the previous owner had the original saddles replaced with compensated brass saddles & a new more modern wiring loom built & installed by renowned luthier Charlie Chandler known for his beautiful store as well as having worked on many instruments to the stars including Elvis Costello & Jimmy Page!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store this '63 Tele Custom has been thoroughly checked & inspected by our team in our on sight workshop to ensure it performs, feels & sounds as amazing as it looks.
