A beautifully put-together take on a true classic, this 2016 Nash TL-52 in Blonde delivers vintage-inspired feel and tone with the kind of consistency and playability that makes it hard to put down. Bill Nash’s approach has always been about capturing the soul of a great early ‘50s T-style, and this one absolutely hits the mark.
Finished in a classic Blonde, it’s got that timeless, no-frills aesthetic that never goes out of style. The finish has been tastefully aged in true Nash fashion, giving it a naturally worn-in look and feel straight out of the case. It’s been kept in excellent condition, with everything exactly as you’d hope, clean, well cared for, and ready to go.
The neck is a real highlight, with a comfortable profile that feels substantial without being cumbersome. It sits perfectly in the hand and makes both chord work and lead playing feel effortless. The lightly aged fingerboard adds to that broken-in feel, making it seem like an old favourite from the first moment you pick it up.
Tonally, it’s everything you’d expect from a great TL-style guitar. The bridge pickup delivers that signature snap and bite, cutting through with clarity and plenty of character, while the neck pickup offers a warmer, rounder voice that’s perfect for smoother passages. There’s a great balance between the two, making it a versatile instrument that covers everything from country and blues through to rock with ease.
It comes complete with its original Nash Guitars hard case, keeping everything protected and adding to the overall package. All in all, this is a superb example of a Nash TL-52, full of vintage vibe, highly playable, and built to be used.
