2016 Ibanez Premium SR1305-IP02 5-String Bass – Mint Condition
A superb example of the acclaimed Ibanez Premium Series, this 2016 SR1305-IP02 is presented in mint condition with only a handful of hours of studio use from new. Renowned as a true "workhorse" among professional bassists, the SR1305 combines exceptional build quality, effortless playability and an incredibly versatile tonal palette, making it equally at home in the studio, on stage or in the rehearsal room.
Built in Indonesia as part of Ibanez's Premium range, the SR1305 features a beautifully figured Ash/Panga Panga top over an African Mahogany body, delivering a balanced, articulate voice with plenty of punch and sustain. The slim 5-piece Atlas-5 neck, constructed from Panga Panga and Purpleheart, is paired with a Panga Panga fingerboard with premium fret edge treatment, providing the fast, comfortable feel that the SR series is famous for.
Electronics consist of a pair of Nordstrandâ„¢ Big Single pickups, paired with the highly versatile Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ featuring a bypass switch and passive tone control. Whether you're after modern hi-fi clarity, vintage warmth or aggressive punch, this bass has an impressive range of usable tones at your fingertips.
Hardware includes the highly regarded Mono-Rail V bridge, allowing each string to vibrate independently for outstanding sustain, clarity and precise intonation.
This particular bass has received a full workshop inspection in our service department and is ready for its next owner.
