Very cool Gun Metal Gray 2008 Jackson USA Select Series KE2 Kelly Gun Metal Gray 2008 (w/ UPGRADES!) in Excellent condition!
Behold, one & all, our latest arrival in the form of this gorgeous 2008 Jackson Kelly! Specifically, this is a KE2 from the USA Select Series finished in this luscious Gun Metal Grey finish with black hardware all around! This is a lean, mean, shred machine that won't take any prisoners! While its bare bones remain the same, such as its deep ebony fretboard (12"-16" Compound Radius), Alder Body, & Quartersawn Maple Neck, its previous owner has upgraded much of its hardware!
Currently, the KE2 is fitted with two Seymour Duncan Pickups (Neck - Sentient / Bridge - Dave Mustaine Signature Thrash Factor Trembucker) with modified wiring, A 3-way toggle switch & a single volume (w/ push-pull coil tap). But the upgrades don't stop there! The Kelly also has a Push-in Floyd Rose trem arm, FU Tone Titanium Floyd Rose Hardware, FU Tone Titanium Block Inserts, a FatCat 37-mm Rolled Steel Tone Block, Schaller SureClaw, Noiseless tremolo springs, & Gotoh non-locking tuners! Quite the tune-up!
Of course, with a 17-year-old instrument that has one or two minor signs of wear, the main one of which is a small ding on the front lower horn, another small ding on the rear, & the tiniest of chips on the tip of the lower horn... that's it! No stress marks, No Buckle Rash, that's everything. A sign that this instrument has been well cared for in its lifetime. & if you are one for keeping things stock, all modifications can be reversed on this Kelly, with most original parts included in the Jackson ABS Hardshell case!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool Jackson USA Select Series KE2 has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
