Gorgeous 1965 Translucent Cherry Burst Hofner Verythin in Excellent Condition!
Feast your eyes on this stunning 1965 Höfner Verythin in an absolutely killer Translucent Cherry Burst finish. This is the kind of guitar that turns heads before you even plug it in, and once you do, it sings with that warm, woody semi-hollow tone only a vintage Höfner can deliver.
Made in Germany during the golden era of Hofner production, this Verythin is a sleek, featherweight tone machine with the kind of build quality and mojo that modern reissues just can’t replicate. The name says it all, Verythin body, but very big tone. Think Beatles jangle meets smoky jazz lounge, with a touch of British invasion bite when you dig in.
Our '65 Verythin is in superb shape for its age and has been very well kept by its previous owner. It bares all the usual signs of aging with the beginings of a beautiful flamed maple back. Aside from a repositioned strap button this Verythin is one of the best examples currently on the market!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool '65 Verythin has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
