Up for grabs is a seriously classy 1999 Fender American Deluxe Telecaster in a timeless 3-Colour Sunburst finish, loaded with the rare and versatile 3-pickup configuration. This one blends classic Tele twang with Strat-like flexibility, an absolute tone machine.
Condition is excellent. This guitar has been very well cared for over the years, showing only light, honest playwear. There’s no abuse or issues to note. The finish still has a beautiful depth, the hardware is clean, and the rosewood fretboard feels nicely broken in.
As you’d expect from a USA-made American Deluxe, the build quality is spot on. The neck is comfortable and smooth, and the electronics are all working perfectly. The 3-pickup setup opens up a wide range of tones, covering everything from traditional Tele bite to glassy, Strat-style chime.
In terms of playability and sound, this one really delivers. It plays effortlessly up and down the neck with a comfortable action, and the tonal range makes it a great all-rounder for both studio and stage use.
It comes complete with its original Fender hardcase and all original case candy, which is always a great bonus.
All in all, this is a beautifully kept, great-sounding, and increasingly desirable USA Telecaster with a unique twist.
