Brian Moore i2000 Series MIK Hybrid Piezo MIDI Electric Guitar – Early 2000s
Here we have a rare and highly versatile early 2000s Brian Moore i2000 Series Hybrid Electric Guitar, built in Korea during a period when Brian Moore instruments had developed a reputation for innovative design, exceptional build quality and outstanding value.
Designed with the modern player in mind, the i2000 combines traditional electric guitar performance with advanced piezo and MIDI capabilities, creating an instrument equally at home on stage, in the studio or as the centrepiece of a sophisticated recording setup.
This example is presented in excellent condition for its age. There are a few minor signs of play wear and handling marks as you would expect from a carefully used instrument of this vintage, but no significant dings, damage or repairs. The guitar has been professionally set up and plays beautifully with a comfortable action across the fingerboard. There is some fret wear present, though there is still plenty of life remaining in the frets and they perform exactly as they should.
Tonally, the i2000 offers an impressive range of sounds. The pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers deliver everything from warm, articulate cleans to powerful rock tones, while the coil-tap functionality greatly expands the available palette. The onboard piezo system adds convincing acoustic-style tones and can be blended with the magnetic pickups for unique textures that simply aren't possible on a conventional electric guitar. The integrated MIDI capability makes this an incredibly powerful tool for players looking to control synths, virtual instruments and modern performance systems.
Brian Moore's attention to ergonomics is immediately apparent, with the sculpted body contours, comfortable neck profile and excellent upper fret access making this a genuinely enjoyable guitar to play for extended sessions.
