1963/1964 Vox AC30 Super Twin 'Treble' Head & 2x12" Original Celestion "Blues" Cabinet, in Great Condition!

The original & is definitely one of the best we've seen, these are getting hard to find, this '63/'64 AC30 Super Twin has recently arrived to us, and what a truly amazing amplifier!

As is expected with any amp that has been creating sweet sweet music for 60 years! There are one or two areas showing some wear & tear, the original vents have been replaced with reproduction parts. but don't let this put you off! The cabinet & head casing are both in very good shape and are still fit to take to the stage!

As is standard practice with all of our amplifiers in store (new or old) the Super Twin head & cabinet have both been fully serviced and thoroughly checked and inspected by our professional in-house technician Dave, who has not only been working on vintage amplifiers for the majority of the past 30+ years but is also a Vox fanatic who knows this amplifier quite literally inside & out.

During its service & inspection, Dave had to replace 3x resistors & 2x caps which for an amplifier of its age really isn't bad! It's also worth noting that a new speaker lead was also fitted for safety reasons, and we discovered that the chassis has been etch signed 'D.P.' Despite the few small essential repairs carried out, this amplifier remains very original.

The Super Twin retains its original Albion transformer & choke, the original 3x EL84 Mullard 4x ECC83 & ECC82 valves, & the two beautiful Celestion Blue Speakers!
