This is a Vox AC-50 MKII four input two channel vintage tube amplifier head manufactured around 1965.

The tone is everything a old AC-50 should be, this amp does not disappoint in any area, classic "AC-50" meaty full rich tone in abundance.

There have been some changes made over the years, namely the power switch and also the speaker outputs have been swapped out for more usable 1/4" standard jack sockets. The black Tolex is in good order along with the corner protectors and original carry handle.

This version has a valve rectifier. Original transformers, choke, and matched power amp valves. It is very original internally with just a few changed parts during servicing procedures over the years from what we can see. Everything functions as it should.

We have also given this amp a full workshop inspection all voltages and bias have been checked and are within specification and it is now ready for a new home.

The serial number is 01889. It is sold with a Vox slip cover.
