Martin Standard Series 000-18 Natural 2016

Here’s a beautiful 2016 Martin 000-18 a fantastic example of one of Martin’s most versatile and beloved models. This one’s in excellent condition overall, showing only light, expected play wear, and it comes complete with its original Martin hard case and tags.

The modern 000-18 is everything you want from a small-body Martin: solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and that classic short-scale comfort that makes it equally at home for fingerstyle or flatpicking. The modified low-oval neck with the Performing Artist taper feels fast and inviting, and the forward-shifted scalloped bracing gives it a lively, open tone with that signature mahogany warmth and sparkle.

At some point in its past, we suspect there may have been a small binding repair, though it’s cleanly done and purely cosmetic the guitar plays and sounds absolutely fantastic. Structurally solid, frets are in great shape, and the setup is spot on.
