Marshall JCM 800 2205 50w Head 1989

Beautiful 1989 50-watt Marshall JCM 800 / 2205 head in Excellent Condition!

Another beautiful and iconic Marshall model has graced us with its presence in-store! 

This is an amazing example of an 80s JCM 800, loved by many through the 80s & 90s for its dynamics and versatility. This JCM 800 will not disappoint!

Aside from one or two little tears & scuffs on the underside of the amp head, this Marshall is in extremely good shape, very clean, and sounds amazing!

At some point in its past, this JCM had two additional jacks added to the rear panel for what reason we are not sure as these were done by a previous owner. The last owner however had the 2205 sent back to Marshall Amplification in Milton Keynes to have it fully restored to factory spec and fully serviced. This is also where the JCM had a replacement handle fitted. The amp has barely been used since!

Regardless of the 2205's recent restoration, We check all of our new arrivals thoroughly to ensure they work & sound as beautiful as they look. We do this through our onsite workshop with our resident technician who has been working on vintage amplifiers for most part of his 30-year career. We can confirm that this JCM is in amazing shape.
