This is a lovely little Lyon & Healy Parlor guitar made around 1920 in Chicago.
Lyon & Healy were one of Americas oldest guitar manufactures, famously producing the first Washburn instruments.
Spruce top and Rosewood back and sides. It has a true vintage tone and decent acoustic volume with a nice balance between the bass and treble notes.
This fine example has a 43mm top nut, and it is 56mm at the 12th fret.
The bottom bout is 13" the top 9" and it is 9.5" deep.
