PRODUCT DETAILS
This is an Ibanez RS924 Roadster Series bass made in Japan in 1980.
This RS924 has an ash body with a three-piece maple neck and fretboard.
The overall condition is very good, it has numerous dings and small marks but all in keeping with its age and use.
We have put it through the workshop here and it plays nicely and the neck feels good. Plenty of life in the nicely polished frets, and the overall build quality of these old Ibanez bass guitars is excellent.
The pickups are a PJ configuration, Ibanez Super P4, Super J4, and controls are volume, passive tone, active bass & treble cut & boost with a two-way switch for the active and passive circuit, three-way pickup selection switch.
The bass has a well-engineered bridge assembly with Brass saddles.
It is being sold with a good quality hard shell case.
