This is a 1966 Gibson SG Junior in Cherry. A surprisingly versatile and highly regarded single P-90 vintage Gibson solid body guitar,
This example has a healthy and original P-90 measuring 8.80k. The pots date from 1965. The neck is slim at the top then it gets chunky as you move down toward the 12th fret, the top nut is 40mm. It has been professionally quality re-fretted and it has an excellent setup. There is some pickguard shrinkage, and numerous chips and dings but all age-related and nothing nasty. The tremolo arm is a replica unit, and the serial number is 540312.
No repairs or breaks, it is a very nice example and it weighs just 6.03Lb.
