Here’s a killer player’s take on a modern Les Paul Studio HP, all the classic Gibson punch with some smart upgrades and the sleek High Performance features from 2016.
Finished in Ebony, this 2016 model delivers that unmistakable Les Paul authority: thick midrange, singing sustain, and a comfortable modern feel thanks to Gibson’s HP specs. The slim-taper neck plays fast and smooth, while the sculpted heel and wider neck profile give you easier access up the fretboard compared to traditional Studios.
This one is in excellent condition overall. It’s been well cared for and shows only light signs of normal use, nothing that affects playability or tone. Frets are in great shape and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck.
The previous owner swapped the original G-Force/Min-ETune system for a set of Grover tuners, which provide rock-solid tuning stability and a more traditional feel. The original G-Force system is included if you ever want to reinstall it.
Tone-wise, this guitar brings the goods: powerful humbuckers with plenty of output for rock, blues, or heavier styles, while still cleaning up nicely when you roll the volume back.
This is a 2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio HP in Ebony with a mahogany body and maple top, paired with a slim taper neck profile for fast, comfortable playability. It currently has Grover tuning machines installed, and the original G-Force / Min-ETune system is included in the case.
The guitar comes with the original Gibson USA gig bag, the original G-Force / Min-ETune tuners, and all original case candy.
