Here’s a sweet slice of early-2000s Gibson craftsmanship a 2004 Les Paul Standard finished in that rich, understated Root Beer burst. It’s one of those colors that looks alive under stage lights deep browns, subtle amber undertones, and just enough flame in the maple top to make you stop and stare.

This one sports the comfortable ’60s neck profile, slim and fast without feeling too thin a great fit for players who love that classic LP feel with a bit more modern ease. The frets are in excellent shape, smooth and level, with plenty of life left. Action’s low, intonation’s spot on, and it plays with that effortless sustain Les Pauls are known for.

The tone is all there: warm and thick in the neck position, punchy and articulate in the bridge, with that perfect midrange bloom when you push the amp. Classic Alnico humbucker tone that just sings clean, crunchy, or wide open.

Cosmetically, this one shows some dings and surface scratches (as seen in our photos), but all honest, everyday play wear no breaks, no repairs, no funny business. Just a well-loved guitar that’s been played and appreciated, not babied.

Weighs in at a solid 9.54 lbs nice heft without going overboard and comes with the original Gibson USA hard shell case to keep it safe and sound.

A great example of an early-2000s Standard in a color you don’t see every day. Gorgeous, resonant, and ready for the next chapter.
