Beautiful Wine Red 1980 Gibson Les Paul Custom in amazing condition!

A stunning Les Paul that's been delivering sweet tones for over 40 years! We've recently taken in a fair few beautiful vintage Gibsons in store this past month, but this without a doubt has to be one of the most stunning Customs we have at this time. This '80 Custom arrived not only in amazing condition for its age but also in its original 'Chainsaw' case! While the iconic case is missing one latch and as expected does have one or two small scratches on the exterior, the lovely orange interior remains beautifully plush, and the gleaming Gibson placard remains represented on the front!

The Les Paul itself is in stunning condition itself! While its age is given away by the wear expected on its gold hardware and with a small collection of very minor chips & dings, the Les Paul shows no signs of any headstock breaks! after closer inspection of the control cavity, we believe this '80 Custom to be completely original! having never had any parts replaced! Both fretboard & fret wire are also in great shape & have many more miles left in them.

This wine-red beauty weighs in at a very nice 9.83lb with its original pickups measuring 7.41k in the neck & 7.23k in the bridge (and for anyone interested 3.66k in the middle)

As is standard practice with all of our instruments (new or old) this '80 LP Custom has been through our on-site workshop where it has been thoroughly checked and tested by our in-store professional technician to ensure this Les Paul is in tip-top condition for its new owner, & ready to take to the stage once more!
