The G&L ASAT Classic, crafted in Fullerton around 2017, represents Leo Fender’s final articulation of the iconic single-cutaway, bolt-on design. Built with a Swamp Ash body (a Premier-level feature of that era) atop a poplar core, it delivers pronounced grain, crisp attack, and airy resonance.

A Hard-Rock Maple neck, paired with either Maple or Rosewood fingerboard depending on your model, offers smooth feel and focused clarity. The neck sports G&L’s Modern Classic profile with a 9.5-inch radius, 1 5/8-inch nut width, and 22 medium-jumbo frets—engineered for precision, comfort, and effortless playability.
