Fender Telecaster Deluxe Wine Red 1975-1978

Super Cool Wine Red Fender Telecaster Deluxe 1975-78 in Very Good condition!

We regularly receive some very cool vintage Fenders in-store, but this Tele' Deluxe has to be one of the coolest we've seen! As you can see from the images this Tele Custom has indeed lived its life to the full to put it lightly,

There is a small collection of dings, chips, and overall wear & tear around the instrument.

This guitar has had the same owner for the past 40 years. It was purchased from a local dealer and it looks as though the neck was replaced as it has two serial numbers, one on the neck which dates to 1978, and another on the heel plate which dates to 1975, odd, but these things do happen!

However, we think the 'Roadworn' areas and past history only add to the cool vibe of this still-amazing Tele! The frets are in stunning shape and have loads of miles left in them, The neck has a very nice chunky C-Shape that isn't massive and fits comfortably in the hand!

This Tele weighs in at 8.12lb which while meaty doesn't break your back, and the gorgeous sounding original Fender Wide Range pickups read 10.4k in the bridge position & 11.7k in the neck! It is also worth noting that the original toggle switch has been replaced (original switch in case)

We have given this Tele a full workshop setup and fret dress, it plays and sounds great!
