This is a very interesting 1960's Custom Shop Fender Stratocaster "Time Machine" series NOS in aged Olympic white.

Sold with a, now discontinued "Fatboy" Nitrate vintage style pickguard loaded with Fender Custom Shop Fat 50's single coils,

This guitar left the custom shop originally with HSS configuration comprising of a Seymour Duncan SH-4 humbucker and a pair of Texas Specials these run to an S-1 switch and are mated to a four-ply Tortoiseshell pickguard.

You get both options included with the guitar! So you have modern and fat vintage tones all in one guitar.

Nitro finish, Alder body. The neck is an oval 60`s style. The Rosewood fingerboard is AAA and 9mm. It has a 42mm top nut, and a 9.5" radius. It weighs just 8.10 lb.

Some signs of use and light lacquer checking as you would expect from a used but not abused instrument, the frets are good and the setup is excellent.

There are some very fine hairline cracks around the neck pocket, quite common on these Nitro-finished guitars and not structural.
