Crafted by master builder Dave Dearnley as a custom build featuring a highly figured Birdseye Maple neck. Compound radius medium jumbo frets. Very playable and easy to bend with a lovely soft action.
Light relic Nitro finish (old school no plastics) Classic T style body design in Swamp Ash and it's one of Daves favourite builds. The pickups are hand-wound Shed`s and the bridge single-coil is wound to emulate a 51 Nocaster sound, This guitar weighs in at 8.4Lb
Dearnley has one feature that set them apart from many other custom builds, the intonation is exceptional.
He retired from building electric guitars a few years ago to concentrate on his fine acoustics guitars (which we are also proud to stock at Motomusic) So you cannot commission another. It really is a remarkable guitar.
