This is the last Dearnaley Taff Delta "T-Style" to be made by Dave in his Welsh workshop as he now concentrating on his acoustic builds.

This one is very special. The Ash body was made from the last blank that had been in his workshop for more than 25 years. He doesn't use CNC machines, it's been hand cut on a band saw, and then shaped and sanded by hand. It features a belly cut and a drop-top.

It has a Fiesta Red Nitro aged finish, the neck is chunky C with a 43mm. The top nut is hand-cut and polished bone. The compensating bridge saddles are brass. It has been setup to perfection by Dave himself.

The guitar is very light at just 7.2 lb. It is resonant and has a nice "acoustic" ring which is common to all of Dave's builds.

The neck is hand-carved select Maple with medium jumbo frets and also in an aged Nitro finish,

The electronics are where it gets interesting, with a Lollar Charlie Christian in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan Little 59' in the bridge. The pickguard has been hand cut from new old stock 1970's Nitrate which will age nicely with time.

Dave put a lot of effort into this one and it shows the moment you pick it up and play it, magnificent!
