PRODUCT DETAILS

This is a really nice playable Cromwell by Gibson made between 1935 and 1939 in the original Kalamazoo factory.

This fabulous guitar with a 44mm top nut and a very comfortable V neck. This has a great tone that you only get from a true vintage instrument. The body is in great shape with no cracks, it's all in very good shape for the year. It is 41.5cm at the bottom bout and 29.5 at the top bout. The body is 8.5cm deep the top and back are arched.

As mentioned the set-up is very good with easy playing action. Currently fitted with Daddario 12`s.

The frets are too good to be the originals, the floating bridge is a repro and one of the machine head buttons have been replaced. The rest are very "aged" and although it tunes up perfectly they would need to be replaced in the future.

It's a great looking vintage archtop "Gibson" at an affordable price.

Sold with a generic hard case.
