A truly special 2000 PRS McCarty 10-Top, finished in a stunning Dark Cherry Sunburst and representing one of the most respected and musically versatile models in the PRS lineup. Built during a highly regarded era of PRS production, this McCarty combines vintage-inspired tone with PRS precision and craftsmanship.
This example is in Excellent condition, showing only light, careful use. The finish presents beautifully, with the figured 10-Top maple showing exceptional depth and character under the Dark Cherry Sunburst. It has been extremely well looked after and plays just as well as it looks.
What really sets this guitar apart is its rosewood neck, a rare and highly desirable feature on a McCarty from this period. Rosewood neck McCartys are far less common than their mahogany-neck counterparts and are prized for their smooth feel and slightly warmer, richer tonal response.
