This is an original 2010 Gibson ES-335 from the now-closed Memphis, Tennessee factory, finished in classic Cherry Red. Instruments from the Memphis shop have become increasingly sought after since production moved to Nashville, with many players valuing the unique feel, consistency and tonal character that defined this era. Built to the high standards of that much-loved facility, this example features Gibson’s PAF-style humbuckers, nickel hardware and smooth, reliable Grover machine heads. Offered for sale in excellent condition, showing only a naturally aged patina from honest, careful use. No chips or dings — just the gentle, authentic ageing that gives a well-kept 335 its charm. The frets are in excellent shape, cleanly crowned and nicely polished. It has received a full workshop setup here and is fitted with a fresh set of D’Addario EXLs, leaving it playing beautifully.

Tonal characteristics are everything you’d expect from a Memphis-built 335 of this period: warm, open and airy in the mids, with a clear, singing top end and a tight, focused low end.
