Up for sale is a 2002 Fender Eric Clapton Artist Series Stratocaster, finished in sleek Black and loaded with Lace Sensor pickups, one of Fender’s most iconic and musically versatile signature models. This guitar is in Excellent condition, showing only light, honest signs of use. There are one or two small chips and dings around the body and headstock, and some lacquer separation on the fretboard, all typical for a guitar of this age and playing history. Aside from these minor cosmetic marks, the finish, neck, and electronics are in excellent shape, and the guitar plays beautifully across the entire fretboard.
The Lace Sensor pickups provide smooth, creamy single-coil tones with reduced hum and increased clarity, delivering everything from sparkling cleans to warm, singing overdrive tones.
