If you know, you know… Tokai have been quietly putting out some of the best vintage-style Teles for years, and this 2013 TTE50A is a perfect example of why they’ve built such a loyal following.
Finished in a classic Sunburst, this one absolutely nails that old-school aesthetic. It’s got all the right vibes, simple, understated, and built to do exactly what a good Tele should do.
Condition is excellent. It’s been well looked after, with only very light signs of use. No drama, no issues, just a clean, honest guitar that’s ready to be played.
The maple neck feels great in the hand, with a comfortable profile that makes it easy to get around the board. It’s got that familiar snap and response you want from a Tele-style guitar, and it really comes alive when plugged in. Expect plenty of twang, bite, and clarity, with enough warmth to cover more than just country tones.
Tokai’s reputation for build quality is well earned, and this one is no exception. Everything feels solid and well put together, making it a reliable player whether you’re at home, in the studio, or out gigging.
