This is a heavily modified 1997 PRS CE-22 Maple top in what we think is a faded Purple finish.
The "wide thin" neck has been professionally scalloped from the 14th fret to the 22nd. It has a Seymour Duncan SH-18N "Whole Lot Of Humbucker" neck pickup and a 1980 Seymour Duncan Custom Custom in the bridge.
It has a "MANNMADE USA" Brass trem block, and saddles, the capacitor is an RS Vintage Paper Oil, with upgraded pots, and harness. The machine heads are locking Schallers. It has LOXX smart strap locks, and is also supplied with a leather "Heistercamp" strap.
With a wonderful setup and fretting, and exceptional playability from this beast, There was absolutely nothing that we could do to improve this in our workshop, it's wonderful.
The guitar has numerous small dings marks and swirls on the back from use, but nothing unsightly and all in keeping with its age and use.
This is a well-thought-out instrument and a credit to its previous owner Original case and paperwork included.
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool PRS has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
