The DSL20H packs genuine Marshall character into a manageable 20-watt, EL34-powered head. It offers two channels, Classic Gain and Ultra Gain, covering everything from sparkling cleans and vintage crunch to saturated modern lead tones. The clean channel is warm and articulate with impressive headroom for a 20-watt design. The crunch tones deliver that signature midrange bite that sits perfectly in a mix. Switching over to the Ultra Gain channel brings rich sustain and harmonically complex distortion that remains tight and responsive.
This model includes onboard reverb for both channels, adding depth without overwhelming your core tone. The presence and resonance controls allow you to fine-tune high-end sparkle and low-end thump, making it easy to tailor the amp to different cabinets and rooms. An effects loop ensures your time-based and modulation pedals stay clear and defined. The amp is footswitchable for channel selection and reverb, making it a practical and versatile option for live performance.
Cosmetically, the head is very clean with no significant dents, tears, or structural issues. All knobs and switches operate smoothly and quietly. The original tubes are functioning properly, and the amp performs exactly as it should.
