A wonderfully distinctive nylon-string classical acoustic with one of the most recognisable body shapes in vintage acoustic design. The Craviola’s unique, slightly asymmetric silhouette isn’t just for looks, it contributes to its resonant, open voice and comfortable playing feel.
This example is in Excellent condition, especially for a guitar of this age. There are light signs of play wear and natural aging, exactly what you’d hope to see on a well-kept late-’70s instrument. The finish has matured gracefully, the wood has opened up over time, and the guitar feels settled and responsive in a way only older acoustics can.
Tonally, this AWKN-6 delivers a warm, rounded nylon-string character with clear trebles and a rich, expressive midrange. It responds beautifully to fingerstyle playing, offering depth and sweetness for classical pieces while also handling Latin, folk, and contemporary styles with ease. There’s a pleasing openness to the sound, with good projection and balance across the strings.
