Beautiful 2003 National Tricone Baritone Resonator in Very Good condition!
" The Baritone Tricone comes in the nickel-plated brass body Style "1" version with a mahogany neck and slotted headstock and an ivoroid bound ebony fretboard. It is also available with a steel Polychrome body with maple neck, solid peghead, black headstock overlay and bound rosewood fretboard. Amplifying the rich, low tone is the extended scale length of 27" from nut to saddle, fatter strings (.016-.064) and easier reach with the neck joining the body at the 13th fret on both of these baritone models. Our beautiful '03 Tricone Baritone is in great shape & has been well kept by its previous owner! As is expected with chrome bodied/finished resonators there are signs of use and some discolouration however we think this just adds to the character of this fine instrument! It is also worth noteing that this resonator has previous had a pickup installed which has since been removed, the jack output remains should the next owner wish to install a pickup of their own. Despite its one or two small quirks this is a fabulous instrument that just sounds awesome. It comes with a National hardcase & additional nut that is simple to install and increases the hight enough for the slide players among you!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool National has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
